Bessarabia explores extraordinary combinations of Black Sea and Danube fish, local seafood, Bessarabian lamb and cheeses with trendy sauces, spices, flavors, techniques from around the world. It may be called new southern Ukrainian cuisine, based on Bessarabian products and modern gastronomic approach.
It’s a place to taste bighead carp carpaccio, rapana tartare or Danube herring ceviche.
